We built pricing this way on purpose.

Most shops charge $60–150/hr and add a 20–30% markup on every part. You find out the total when you pick up the car — if you're lucky enough to get an itemized invoice at all.

That's not a business model. It's a shell game. And it breeds the exact distrust that makes people hate taking their car to a mechanic.

WrenchUp does neither. Our margin on parts is $5–$15. Labor is a flat fee, not an hourly guess. That's how we keep prices honest — and why we can post them publicly.

Are these prices final?
Yes — unless we find work that wasn't visible during booking. In that case, we call you before touching anything. The price on the page is the price you pay, plus or minus only what we discuss in real time.
What if my car needs additional work?
We photograph and document anything unexpected. You'll get a phone call with the part cost, the labor estimate, and the total. You decide — no pressure, no penalty.
Do you come to me?
Yes. That's the whole point. We show up at your driveway, apartment complex, or workplace. The price you see is the price to come to you — no extra fees.
What if my car isn't listed?
Most services we quote fall between $39 and $399. Tell us what you need when you book — we'll give you a firm number before we dispatch a mechanic.
Do you guarantee your work?
12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. If something we fixed fails under normal use, we come back and make it right at no charge.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No. Cancel with 4+ hours notice and there's no charge. Life happens — we get it.
